Abstract:
A strict proof is given to an number of new facts related to the existence and properties of parametric transfer functions (PTF) of linear nonstationary systems with lumped parameters. It is shown that in the general case the PTF of an $n$-th order system can decompose into $n+1$ different analytical functions of the complex variable $p$. The PTF singular points Independence of time is established and the their relation to system stability is studied. The conversion formulae are strictly proved for the determination of steady state and transient conditions in nonstationary systems.
