Homogeneous $p$-committees of a system of finite sets in the problem of selecting a panel of experts of equal competence

Abstract: The concept of a committee is introduced for a system of finite sets, a homogeneous $p$-committee. The use of this concept is shown for making a panel of experts of equal compentence. A example is given and certain existence theorems for a homogeneous $p$-committee are proved.
