On coefficient expansion into orthogonal bases of piecewise-smooth functions in simulation of nonstationary systems

Abstract: Integration of discontinuous Walash functions over the independent variable may result in orthogonal bases of high smoothness. The resultant integral series insure fast convergence to the desired function.
