Zeros of linear multidimensional systems. Definitions, classification and application

Abstract: The survey is devoted to zeros of a multi-dimensional system, a new notion in control theory. Various approaches to determining the zeros and relationships between them are considered, the zeros are classified, their properties studied, ways to compute the zeros described, and applications of the notion in analysis and design of control system and filtering discussed.
