Methods of extremal grouping of the fractional parameters

Abstract: The notion of fractional parameter was introduced. Its relation with the notion of fuzzy classification was demonstrated. A procedure was proposed for constructing the dependence measure of such parameters. An algorithm for extremal grouping (classification) of the fractional parameters was developed.
