Servicing a recurrent flux of quieries in a multi-channel exponential system with a finite queue

Abstract: By the normalization method sets of linear equations are derived, that dictate the stationary state of a multi-channel system which services a recurrent flux of quieries with a finite queue; the servicing time for each quiery is assumed exponential.
