Modeling document movement in corporate systems document circulation

Abstract: Developed were a model and software complex for calculation of the characteristics required to design the architecture of a computerized document circulation system in a largescale organization with hierarchical control. The open stochastic network was used as a model adequately describing the main functions of the designed document circulation system.
