On one extension of Popov's frequency criterion to nonstationary nonlinearities

Abstract: A frequency criterion of absolute stability is obtained in a class of nonstationary nonlinearities contained in a sector. In some cases the criterion is shown to be wider than the well-known V. M. Popov criterion.
