Abstract:
The paper is concerned with control of a plant about whose parameter vector it is only known in advance that its rate of change in time is limited and only an a priori estimate is known of the initial value of the vector. The control should minimize the function of unit losses. A recurrence procedure has been suggested for design of estimates of current values of the system parameters which makes use of the measurenients of plant motion and asymptotic stability is proved for the designed system with the parameter drift rate relatively low.
