Abstract: The paper is concerned with a set of singularly disturbed differential equations. A degenerate set of differential equations has an equilibrium position which is asymptotically stable on the whole. Sufficient conditions are provided under which the solutions of a disturbed set converge to a small vicinity of the equilibrium position of the degenerate system. The theoretical findings are used in design of control systems.
