Abstract:
The paper presents consideration of the planniry procedure in destributing a unidimensional resource within the active system based on the principle of auction (the elements are provided with the resources in the descending order of resources realization effectiveness factors indicated by the elements). It has been proven that necessary and sufficient condition for optimality of the auction principle is the case when production functions of elements (effectiveness functions) satisfy some definite differential equation.
