Abstract:
The server in the system serves the customers and restores for subsequent service. The performance of customer service depends on the queue length when the service starts; that of restoring, on the duration of preceding service and the gueue lenght at the time of restoring. The rates of customer arrival and service and restoration depend on the queue length. In explicit terms of Laplace transforms the distributions are found of the queue length, the server discharge, and duration of busy periods.
