Forecasting the techno-economic indices of developing complex control hardware tools

Abstract: The article describes general concepts in forecasting the techno-economic indices complex programming tools. A procedure is proposed of preparing source data and estimating the labor consumption, duration, and other indices for newly developed program sets. The forecasting procedure is illustrated with a detailed computation case.
