Abstract:
In the queueing system of this article the rates of input flow and service vary with the queue length. The amount of customer service activity depends on the queue length at the arrival time. An explicit form of the queue length distribution, the rate of server unload, and the duration of busy periods is found in terms of Laplace transforms.
