Controlling the solution of the Cauchy problem in a multiprocessor computer

Abstract: The procedure of solving ordinary differential equations in a parallel computer with the use of the predictor-corrector method is discussed. A procedure is proposed whereby the time of solving the Cauchy problem with desired accuracy is minimized.
