Abstract: For a Boolean function the irreducible and minimal sets of controllability are defined and their structures studied. Parameters of Boolean function controllability are introduced. For Boolean functions and their compositions all and one (any) irreducible and minimal sets of controllability are constructed and the controllability is determined.
