Abstract:
For a range of macrosystems where the element distribution processes have a relaxation time much shorter than that of the self-reproduction a model is proposed which is a system of differential equations with a nonlinear element that is defined by solving a mathematical programming problem with an entropic goal function. A structural analysis procedure is considered for this model. Examples are provided of applying the model to description of demographic processes, evolution of biological communities, and the kinetics of hypercyclic reactions.
