Diffusional approximation of a queue in a multilinear system with phase servicing

Abstract: For a sequence of $GI/G/S$ systems with servicing of phase type the convergence is established for the distribution of the vectorial process of a normalized queue to a multi-dimensional diffusional process. The martingale theorem is employed in proving the basic results.
