Abstract:
The paper presents the results of studying the dynamic properties of piezoelectric transformers (PET) which are basic components of functional electronics and may be incorporated in a number of control and computing units such as low- and high-voltage transformers, all-purpose control elements (piezers), logical elements, memory units, etc. The operation of PET is described and analysis of their models as a multidimensional plant is given for channels through which control signals and disturbances are fed. Numerical results of experimental PET dynamics are given. Propagation of useful modulation signals in systems incorporating PET is discussed.
