On the Solution of the Hamilton–Jacobi Equation Emerging in Molecular Biology

Abstract: We consider the Cauchy problem for the Hamilton–Jacobi equation with phase constraints that arises in molecular biology. We introduce a continuous generalized solution and propose a method of constructing in with the cost function for the auxiliary optimal control problem.
