Abstract:
Application of the theory of fuzzy sets to solving the problem of estimating and insuring the reliability of complex systems. The specifics of $N-n$ functional systems are analyzed and a method for computing their reliability is described. A fuzzy algorithm is proposed for determining the necessary number of reserve elements if some costs of insuring the reliability are specified.
