A technique for processing past solutions of optimization problems for improving the effectiveness of computing systems

Abstract: An approach is described to reducing the computing time of optimization problems of a certain kind in computing systems whereby past solutions of similar problems are sjtored and used. The computing load is shifted chiefly to formulation and associative analysis of problem features.
