Identification of nonlinear dynamic plants by pattern recognition methods

Abstract: A new method of identifying nonlinear dynamic plants employs pattern recognition. Classes of nonliear dynamic plants are formed which are described by a functional Volterra series. The features are relative mutual semi-invariants. The findings of an experiment in identification of typical nonlinear plants are reported.
