Abstract:
A method is described whereby single-level weighting functions (WF) are obtained whose employment in integrating analog-to-digital converters (ADG) ensures high efficiency of suppressing noise in the mains. The noise suppression is constrained by inaccuracy in specifying the time intervals and, with today's elements, can be as high as 120 dB in the 49-51 Hz range. An example of design is provided. The theoretical findings are confirmed experimentally.
