Abstract: A two-stage service system models the protocol of interaction between a connected processor and a central computer. In terms of the Laplace transformation a derivative distribution function of the number of calls at the stages, the distribution of the busy period and the server unloading interval, a generatrix of the distribution of call numbers over the busy period are, found. Expressions are obtained for first moments of these distributions.
