A stationary adaptive search strategy as an alternative way of stochastic approximation

Abstract: A new approach is proposed and analyzed to design of adaptive search and tracking algorithms in stochastic conditions. Whose advantage is that while providing in stationary mode a performance which does not practically differ from that of stochastic approximation algorithms it does not make the search procedure «age» with time.
