Abstract:
The second part of the survey covers the findings in studies of dynamic flows in networks that extend the theory of static flows. Statements of problems and solution methods are described for discrete-and continuous-time flows. Problems of a maximal dynamic flow, dynamic flow of minimal cost, dynamic transport problems of applied nature reducible to problems of dynamic flows are discussed.
