Restoration in duplicated units by the method of data inversion

Abstract: The method of data inversion is locates an uncorrected copy in duplicated units. The method that used to be employed only in combinational circuits is extended to automata having memory. Self-duality of a finite automaton is, investigated. Self-dual versions of various flip-flops are developed.
