On relationship between two griterial of absolute stability

Abstract: The criterion of absolute stability obtained in [1] and extended in [2, 3] is shown always to lead to a stability region in the parameter space which is at least equal to that obtained by the Popov criterion [4] (for nonstationary systems) or with the circular criterion [5].
