Development of piecewise-quadratic Lyapunov functions for nonlinear control systems

Abstract: Nonlinear control systems are considered that are described by selector linear differential nestings. Design of a piecewise quadratic Lyapunov function which establishes asymptotic (in particular, absolute) stability of such systems is redicible to search for saddle points.
