A parallel method for numerical highly accurate integration in LSI circuit analysis

Abstract: A new method of numerical integration for systems of ordinary differential equations with significantly inhomogeneous righthand sides in a multiprocessor systems having a common flow of commands increases the accuracy and speed of modeling LSI circuit.
