Abstract:
In designing adaptive functioning mechanisms for two-level active systems the information submitted by the active elements is employed to change the parameters of the mechanism itself and is conductive to the goals of the Center. Design problems are stated and constructive sufficient conditions found for the learning mechanisms where the planning and encouragment of the active elements proceed simultaneously with the Center acquiring new skills. An approach is discussed to design of dual mechanisms where a management performance criterion is also optimized. The associated sufficient optimality conditions are obtained.
