Means of fuzzy numbers in the fuzzy information evaluation problem

Abstract: Based on means of systems of fuzzy numbers, we introduce and study a class of averaging functionals for the implementation of the fuzzy information evaluation problem. It is shown that these functionals have a number of special properties: idempotency, monotonicity, continuity, etc., typical of scalar aggregating functions.
