S. P. Mishin

Institute of Control Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences

Abstract: Consideration was given to a model of the multilevel hierarchical structure whose elements strive to maximize the difference between the stimulation and the costs of managing the subordinated elements by reorganizing the inferior structural part. For different variants of information about the cost functional, solved was the problem of choosing the optimal stimulation that provides an equilibrium structure (where restructuring is not advantageous to the elements) with the minimum total payments.
