D-decomposition in the case of polynomial dependence of the coefficients of a polynomial on two parameters

Abstract: We propose a method for constructing the stability domains of a polynomial whose coefficients depend polynomially on two real parameters. The method is based on an approximation of the D-decomposition domains by a set of rectangles on each of which the number of zeros of the polynomial in the left half-plane is constant.
