Neighborhoods and isolated points in spaces of functional clones on sets

Abstract: In a previous paper, on a collection $F_A$ of functional clones on a set $A$, we introduced a natural metric $d$ turning it into a topological (metric) space $\mathfrak{F}_A=\langle F_A;d\rangle$. In this paper, we describe the structure of neighborhoods of clones in spaces $\mathfrak{F}_A$ and establish a number of consequences of this result.
